All functionality is currently provided free of charge and unlimited. The developer does not currently charge for, gate, or otherwise limit access to any calculation, code-compliance check, or analysis result. This includes PCF import, full 6-DOF FEA analysis at unlimited model size, all load cases and combinations, full ASME B31.3/B31.1/EN 13480 compliance checking, 3D visualization, reporting, and full visibility into intermediate calculation results and solver diagnostics for independent verification. The developer reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue this arrangement, or any part of the Software, at any time and without prior notice; continued availability at no charge is not guaranteed.
If any User modifies, patches, recompiles, forks, or otherwise alters the Software's source code, calculation logic, solver, or code-compliance rules (a “Modified Version”):
The Software and all associated documentation, algorithms, and source code are the intellectual property of the developer. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights. The User may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by applicable law, or as needed to exercise the calculation-transparency rights in Section 2.1.
The Software processes piping model data locally on the User's machine. No project data is transmitted to external servers unless the User explicitly enables cloud features or AI assistance. The AI assistant feature (if enabled) sends anonymized model summaries to third-party API providers subject to their respective privacy policies. Feedback submitted via this website or the in-app feedback dialog (name, email, message, category, and optionally a log excerpt) is stored to allow us to triage and respond to bug reports and feature requests.
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer, copyright holders, and distributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: the User's use or reliance on the Software or its outputs; any engineering, fabrication, construction, or operational decisions made using those outputs; any Modified Version created or relied upon by the User; and any third-party claim (including personal injury, death, or property damage) arising from the User's use of the Software or a Modified Version.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By downloading, installing, or using this Software, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
